D.I.Y. Ice Bottle Cooler

Doesn’t this just look like it would be
FUN to make?!

It immediately caught my eye when I saw it on CelebrationsAtHomeBlog.com. This woman Chris Nease has some A M A Z I N G party ideas! You have to check it out!

I just really, really was drawn to this idea.  Maybe it’s because it’s hot outside and this looks so cool and refreshing!  I really love the colors too!

This particular icey cooler was made for a Christmas bar/table…but I can just imagine it with different colored fruits for different occasions.

Maybe oranges and peaches?
Or blueberries and kiwis?
What about lemons and raspberries???

I can’t wait to try this!

Since I have been clean and sober for 4 years this month (yay me!), mine will not be used to cool a vodka bottle….I’m thinking more along the lines of a nice bottle of Martinelli’s sparkling cider! :-)

Or  maybe one of these pretty lemonade bottles!  Did you know Martinelli’s made these?  I didn’t!  I can’t wait to try!  It comes in Classic, Mango, Prickly Passion and Watermelon!

Whether it’s booze or bubbly lemonade…that’s the beauty of this idea….
there are so many ways you could make it to

suit your celebratory needs. :-)

So let’s C E L E B R A T E ! ! !

Congrats on 4 years!! I am so blessed to have found your blog! I am 9 months clean and serene as of yesterday. I am coming back to life and your ideas are feeding my aspirations to ‘create’ :) I love this Idea for the bottle cooler and so many others! I made your citrus hand scrub yesterday for a friend and put it in a Mason jar that I decorated. God bless you and your many ‘good things’
