I’ve written a fair number of posts over the years about essential oils, because I’m a big believer in them! If you’ve been interested in getting involved in the world of essential oils, it can feel a little intimidating at first. There’s no shortage of information out there, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed rather than informed. But the good news is that I’ve devised a solution!
Beginner’s Guide To My Four Favorite Essential Oils
I’ve put together a “Beginner’s Guide” of dozens of uses for my four favorite essential oils – lavender, lemon, peppermint, and tea tree (also called melaleuca). These are the four basic oils I would recommend to anyone looking to get started using essential oils. (If you’re starting from scratch, I highly recommend taking a look at one of the “Create Your Own Kits” from Edens Garden! It’s a great place to start and they are very reasonably priced.)
Why these four oils, you may ask yourself? Because there are so many uses for them! With lemon, lavender, peppermint, and tea tree oil (melaleuca oil) at your disposal, you can clean, sanitize, freshen, or treat just about anything in your home.
Even though this guide is great for beginners, experienced users of essential oils will find it useful too! Keep a copy at your desk or in a cupboard so you can pull it out for easy reference! But wait, there’s more! :-) For those of you who may be more new-school than old-school, I also created a mobile-friendly version of the guide. Download this version for easy viewing on your phone or tablet! Get the mobile version using the button below.
So print a copy of this guide (or save it to your smartphone), and you’ll be feeling like an essential oils expert in no time! :-)
