Fun With Kraft Paper!

kraft paper 1

If you’ve read my post about wrapping gifts with kraft paper (or butcher paper, brown paper, or whatever you want to call it!) then you probably already know that kraft paper is one of my favorite crafting materials to work with. Kraft paper always seems to add a rustic, earthy vibe to craft projects, which makes it a natural fit for decorating and outfitting the perfect summertime soiree! To show you just how versatile kraft paper can be, I’ve put together a collection of some of my favorite kraft paper party crafts and projects. Let the kraft paper inspiration begin! :-)

Kraft Paper

From Baker’s Royale

Kraft paper makes a great disposable table cloth! And forget about the hassle of putting out signs to let your guests know what’s what – use a marker and write right on the paper!

Take the tablecloth idea one step further by also including instructions for assembling special drinks or treats!

From Momma Wishes

Keep the little ones entertained during your party with a kraft paper driving course! Draw out a driving course on a large piece of kraft paper, or you can let them draw it or decorate it themselves. Then set out a bucket of small toy cars and let the fun begin!

Kraft Paper

From Style Me Pretty

Use kraft paper to wrap up simple bouquets of flowers or herbs to give your guests as party favors. Who wouldn’t want to take home a lovely bunch of fresh lavender?? :-)

From Fig & Fauna

Homemade jams and spreads (like my Honey Butter Ambrosia!) also make great favors for any get-together. Wrap a piece of kraft paper around the lid with a piece of string for an extra bit of rustic flair.

Kraft Paper

From Tamryn Kirby

Wrap your cutlery and napkins into cute and easy bundles with a strip of kraft paper and a piece of string. It looks great and will be easier for your guests to carry!

Kraft Paper

From Lia Griffith

Portion out party snacks by placing them into cute kraft paper bags. (Visit the link below the image for full instructions on how to make them.)

Kraft Paper

From Ruffled

Take a large piece of kraft paper and turn it into a welcome or directional sign for your guests. I love the way they turned it into a banner by tying long branches onto the top and bottom of the sign!

From Just Destiny

What outdoor affair couldn’t be spruced up with a few adorable large paper flowers?? Follow the link for directions on how to make them!
