Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 Tablespoons ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix
  • 1 10.75 oz can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 8 oz block of cream cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cooked pasta or rice per person

Instructions:

  1. Combine chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, pepper, ranch dressing mix, and cream of chicken soup in the crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  3. Shred the chicken.
  4. Add cream cheese and butter right in the crockpot.
  5. Add just enough milk for a smooth, creamy sauce.
  6. Serve over pasta or rice.
