Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 (15 oz) can of whole corn (drained)
  • 1 (15 oz) can of creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
  3. Mix together the 2 cans of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter.
  4. Pour batter into casserole dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  7. Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  8. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve warm.
