I have some great neighbors. I don’t tell them or show them nearly enough how much I appreciate them, but I do like to at least offer a token of my affection at Christmastime in the form of a treat of some kind. In the past I’ve shared My Mom’s Sour Cream Cookies and My Mom’s English Muffin Bread (my Mom IS a wonderful cook!) along with some Honey Butter Ambrosia…just to name a few. This year, however, I may try a new treat that my daughter-in-law Kaitlyn introduced me to from her Grandma. It’s one of those treats that you just can’t stop eating! It’s THAT good!
