No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 package of graham crackers or about 1 cup crushed I use Gluten-Free Graham Crackers
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter I like to use extra crunchy!
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips


  1. In a medium-sized bowl (for some reason I used a pot and I have no idea why!), mix the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar together until combined. Stir in peanut butter.
  2. Spread into a 9 x 13 baking pan and pat down firmly.
  3. In a small bowl, microwave the chocolate chips until melted. Stir until smooth.
  4. Spread over peanut butter layer.
  5. Chill until completely firm, at least 3 hours
