Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, then grease two large loaf pans.
Combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon together in a small bowl, then use the cinnamon sugar to dust the greased loaf pans.
Divide the batter evenly into the pans, then sprinkle the remaining sugar-cinnamon mixture on the top.
