- 4-5 chicken breasts
- 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 30 Ritz crackers crushed
- 8 tbsp butter melted
- 1 Tbsp poppy seeds optional
Cook chicken in a little bit of oil in a saute/frying pan on the stove.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and put them in a 9x13" oven-safe baking dish.
Mix the cream of chicken soup and sour cream and spread it over the chicken.
Put the crackers in a ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin, then spread the crushed crackers over the chicken and sour cream mixture.
Drizzle the melted butter and poppy seeds on top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
