Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4-5 chicken breasts
  • 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 30 Ritz crackers crushed
  • 8 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 Tbsp poppy seeds optional

Instructions

  • Cook chicken in a little bit of oil in a saute/frying pan on the stove.
  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and put them in a 9x13" oven-safe baking dish.
  • Mix the cream of chicken soup and sour cream and spread it over the chicken.
  • Put the crackers in a ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin, then spread the crushed crackers over the chicken and sour cream mixture.
  • Drizzle the melted butter and poppy seeds on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
