Ingredients

  • 1 package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. shortening melted
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat griddle to medium heat (350°F) and grease lightly.
  • Mix ingredients until the batter is mostly smooth.
  • Drop 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle, and turn when pancakes bubble around the edges.
