Creamy 5-Minute Pumpkin Soup Recipe

- 15 oz pumpkin puree
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup baby arugula to garnish
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds to garnish
Add the pumpkin, broth, cream, and pie spice to a pot and place on your stovetop over medium heat.
Simmer the soup for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Ladle the soup into bowls and serve topped with baby arugula and pumpkin seeds, if desired.
