- 1 yellow onion diced
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 8 oz tomato sauce canned
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1-3 Tbsp brown sugar

Combine the tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard in a bowl and stir well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the oil in a wide pan on your stovetop over medium heat.
When the oil is hot, add the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the beef is fully cooked. Drain excess fat, if necessary.
Stir the sauce into the meat mixture, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
