2pintsstrawberriesor 2 pints raspberries, or 6-8 peaches
1/2cuplemon juice
2 1/2cupssugar
1 1/2quartshalf and half
Instructions
Mash the fruit with a potato masher (or process in a blender or food processor) until it reaches your desired consistency.
Combine the fruit, sugar, lemon juice, and half and half, then pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn.
Freeze the finished ice cream for one hour before serving.
