Ingredients

  • 2 pints strawberries or 2 pints raspberries, or 6-8 peaches
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 quarts half and half

Instructions

  • Mash the fruit with a potato masher (or process in a blender or food processor) until it reaches your desired consistency.
