Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 bunch green onions diced
  • Brown Rice cooked
  • 2 heads broccoli chopped
  • 2 red bell peppers chopped

Instructions

  • Cook broccoli and peppers in a sauté pan until tender, then set aside.
  • Brown hamburger with garlic in a pan over medium heat.
  • Drain excess fat.
  • Add brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, salt and pepper.
  • Simmer until sauce thickens.
  • Stir in peppers and broccoli.
  • Serve over brown rice and top with green onions.
