- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 bunch green onions diced
- Brown Rice cooked
- 2 heads broccoli chopped
- 2 red bell peppers chopped
Cook broccoli and peppers in a sauté pan until tender, then set aside.
Brown hamburger with garlic in a pan over medium heat.
Drain excess fat.
Add brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, salt and pepper.
Simmer until sauce thickens.
Stir in peppers and broccoli.
Serve over brown rice and top with green onions.
