Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken broth or stock, or veggie broth or stock
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup potato flakes

Instructions

  • Add broth, butter, and salt to a small pot, bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
  • Add sour cream and potato flakes, stir with a fork, then let them sit until all the liquid gets absorbed.
