Ingredients
1cupchicken brothor stock, or veggie broth or stock
2tbspsalted butter
1/4tspsalt
1/4cupsour cream
2/3cuppotato flakes
Instructions
Add broth, butter, and salt to a small pot, bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
Add sour cream and potato flakes, stir with a fork, then let them sit until all the liquid gets absorbed.
