6 Of The Most Comfortable Clothes You Can Buy On Amazon

comfy clothes

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, more people are currently working from home than ever before. And judging by the amount of debate I’ve seen online recently, they are realizing that there are two opposing factions within the WFH community: those who dress for work, and those who dress for comfort!

Even amongst the OGT Team, our numbers are pretty evenly split between these two factions. Some of us (myself included) think that being able to wear sweats all day is one of the main benefits to working from home, while others say that dressing for work is an important part of their ability to be productive at home.

To those of you who are acclimating to working from home, I say wear whatever makes you feel good! And if that happens to include comfortable clothing, you’re in luck, because today we’ll be sharing some of our very favorite comfortable clothing items you can get on Amazon! :-)

6 Of The Best Comfortable Clothing Items On Amazon

1. Daily Ritual Joggers

Price: $29.50

These light sweatpants are super soft and comfortable, making them perfect for lounging around the house. The fabric is on the lighter side, which is especially important this time of year since warmer weather is on the way!

These sweatpants are a personal favorite of our photographer Kaitlyn. According to her, they have the perfect amount of stretch to hold their shape through multiple wears.

4. CRZ YOGA Workout Leggings

Price: $26.00

Workout leggings like these (AKA yoga pants) aren’t just good for workouts—they’re great to wear for nearly any activity, like daily chores or walking the dog. Kaitlyn loves these, calling them “very convincing Lululemon dupes.”

In addition to a high waistline, these pants also feature a convenient pocket you can store your phone in!

5. CRZ YOGA Joggers

Price: $28.00

Unlike the other pair of joggers in this list, these ones from CRZ YOGA are less “cozy” and more lightweight and breathable. They’re comfortable and stylish, which is great if you’re looking for pants you can wear both around the house and out to the grocery store.

6. Cosabella Pajama Set

Price: $102.76

I was skeptical if this pajama set would be worth the cost, but my skepticism disappeared the moment I tried them on! These are the softest, most comfortable pajamas I’ve ever owned, and they’re very well made too.

They don’t seem to offer the same color that I have anymore, but I like all of the other color options too! These would make a great splurge if you’re looking to treat yourself. :-)

  • I have wanted to make this comment before, just didn’t take the time. While there have been times I have been shocked at the price of some of your recommended items…almost $103.00 for sleepwear?

I have learned many things from your site, especially DIY recipes for cleaning, but I am always shocked when you throw in a pricey item like this. I am sure you know your readers, and maybe I am just cheap. While I may be able to afford to pay that price for pjs (maybe one pair in my lifetime ), I can’t justify the amount.

I don’t usually read comments unless I’m looking for clarification, other’s opinions on a product. I have seen other readers make similar comments, but I haven’t seen you respond to this particular comment, so I would love to hear your thoughts. Also, since I don’t typically read comments, you may have responded to this type of comment before.

    • Vicky, thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. I do understand that these pajamas are pricey. Once in a while, I will splurge on something and will spend more than I normally would (another example is the bamboo sheets that I am in love with)… However, when I recommend something this pricey, I point out that I know this is a splurge and sometimes it’s nice to treat myself or receive something as a gift that I wouldn’t normally buy for yourself.

If you look at the other items I am recommending in this post, they are very reasonable. I always try to offer ways to save money by making DIY cleaning recipes, gifts, household items and great buys from retailers. I am a big fan of different Dollar Store items.
      Occasionally, it’s fun to splurge.

  • For those that wanted information on the cardigan and tops that Kaitlyn was wearing in the pictures… Here you go:

    Here is a great deal on 2 basic t-shirts from Amazon – $18 for 2: https://amzn.to/3aIQ4mW

  • I would like to see tops, too, as I am so often on ZOOM. The bottoms can’t be seen so I have raggedy old sweats that I love. On top, I wear business style sweaters with nice blouses. Lol, I do comb my whole head of hair but I bet I could just comb the front and leave the back a snarly mess.

    • Paulette, this is a great idea for a post! I’m sure there are a lot of people that have sweats or jammies on during Zoom calls. I am going to run this by my team! I love your hair strategy! :-)

      • I especially like the sweater thing the first picture showed…..it’s a cream color!

    • I agree. I’m very much a sweats girl
at home. Some of them are too expensive for me. Usually if I get something from Amazon I just have one my sisters order for me. I’m kind of leery about that type of stuff. Also in our area some crooks actually drive around following the trucks and then steal your stuff. I think Jillee posted a hack awhile back about what to do when your spray bottles quit spraying. Maybe she’ll see this and re -post. I had to throw one away recently because the spring on the bottle broke.

  • Jillee, I keep a full bottle of vinegar in a spray bottle, but eventually the sprayer always stops working. Where can I find INEXPENSIVE spray bottles that will hold straight vinegar without damaging the bottle? What do you use?

    • Pam, i get spray bottles from Dollar Tree and they work great. They are small, which is what i want, and come in clear blue, green and pink. I use them for vinegar, vinegar/dawn mix, and alcohol. I’ve been using them for a couple years now, no issues.
