When it comes to decorating my front door for Christmas, I usually just put up a wreath and call it good. But this year I thought it would be fun to come up with a few more festive ideas for the front porch of our new OGT studio! (It’s still sort of like a new toy!)

So I headed to Pinterest for some inspiration and found a million and one great ideas!
We don’t have a whole lot of room on the front steps of the OGT Studio, but I found a few fun things that worked!
I decided to stick with a traditional wreath for the door. I found this great, pre-lit one at Costco!
Then I added a stack of fake presents. I found the boxes at Walmart and the cute wrapping paper, ribbon, and giant bow at TJ Maxx.
Next I filled some Ikea lanterns that I’ve had for a few years with pine cones and glass ball ornaments. I also put out a few LED candles that I grabbed for 50% off at Michael’s this weekend! They’re remote controlled so I can easily turn all of them on (and off) at once.

Finally, I wrapped some burlap ribbon around the stair railings and topped them off with a green bow and some berry sprigs.
Turned out pretty cute, don’t you think?! :-) I couldn’t help just standing back and enjoying the view after it was all done. Looks so much more inviting!
