April is here, and what better way to celebrate the arrival of spring than by snagging some great deals? (But then again, I’ve always thought that shopping is a fine way to celebrate just about anything.)
April tends to be an action-packed month, what with spring cleaning, tax prep, post-winter yard cleanup, and all the other tasks you might have on your springtime “to-do” list. Luckily for us, April also brings great deals on many items that will help you check those tasks off your list! :-)

1. Cookware Sets
The month of April leads up to both wedding season and graduation season, and one thing that both grads and newlyweds can benefit from is a great set of cookware. That’s why you’ll find great sale prices on cookware sets at department stores this month, so be sure to take advantage of those while they last (either for gift-giving or as a gift to yourself!)
2. Home Improvement Supplies
We call it “spring cleaning,” but a more appropriate descriptor might be “spring cleaning, organizing, fixing, and general upkeep.” If you plan on doing any of those things around the house this month, take advantage of the seasonal sales and discounts on tools and more at home improvement stores like Home Depot and Lowe’s.
