Sales and discounts provide an excellent opportunity to stock up on certain things you would normally only buy a few at a time. So check out your local stores for these items this month, and see if you can’t save yourself a bundle! :-)

  • Happy Birthday Jillee! I’m a February birthday too as well as 9 other family members. We have one big birthday party in February and each person gets a cake (or other dessert) of their own. It’s quite the display and we usually try to have a little piece of each. Since I’m always watching my weight I make some kind of low sugar (semi) healthy thing. This year it’s black bean brownie bites.
Hope you enjoy your special day.

  • Happy birthday, Jillee!
I see you as the Queen of Clean, so I do have a cleaning question: what’s a good way to clean plastic cutting boards? I go over mine with bleach and still there are dark cut lines.

  • HAPPY BIRTHDAY JILLEE !!! February is a great bday month, our son was 51 on Feb 4. May GOD bless you with many more. I do look forward to your posts each day, lots of good hints and I use many of them.

  • We used to have a candy store outlet in our area. My folks would go there a few days after the holidays. They would have the big Valentines candy boxes marked half off. So they would stock up. I miss not having the outlet store.
